Majestic Tycoon Spin may offer virtual currencies, tokens, points, credits, and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Assets") that may be earned through gameplay or acquired through real-money purchases. Virtual Assets constitute a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use certain features of the Application and do not constitute property, legal tender, or any form of financial asset.
No Real-World Value
Virtual Assets have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real currency, goods, or services outside of the Application. The Company expressly disclaims any obligation to exchange, purchase, or refund Virtual Assets for real-money value.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to manage, modify, regulate, control, and/or eliminate Virtual Assets, including their availability, pricing, and functionality, with or without notice, and shall have no liability to users for the exercise of such rights.
Forfeiture
Virtual Assets associated with an account that is terminated for cause will be forfeited without compensation. Virtual Assets may also be forfeited upon extended account inactivity or discontinuation of the Application.
Refunds
Purchases of Virtual Assets are generally final and non-refundable. Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection law, the Company will honor such requirements upon submission of a valid request to our support team.

Majestic Tycoon Spin and all its content are the result of significant creative effort by STAR TRACK. Here's how those rights work.
STAR TRACK owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Majestic Tycoon Spin and its content, globally.
Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
What You May NOT Do

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

Terminating Access
Your use of Majestic Tycoon Spin can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Majestic Tycoon Spin at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Majestic Tycoon Spin community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

Applicable Jurisdiction

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which STAR TRACK is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in STAR TRACK's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Amendment of Terms
STAR TRACK keeps these Terms current. Here's how updates are communicated and when they apply.
Notice of Changes: Material changes get in-app notifications. The effective date on this page always reflects the latest version. For major rights changes, we give at least 14 days advance notice.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Majestic Tycoon Spin after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
If you don't accept updated Terms, stop using Majestic Tycoon Spin before they take effect. Contact our support team to close your account.
